When I had my car accident in 2008, my life changed in countless ways. I sustained a spinal cord injury that left me using a wheelchair, and adapting...
Hello sweets!
Today's I've got a review for you!
Sanaz over at 365 Days of Color has ventured into the Indie Polish world.
The Polish I chose to review when I was asked was one that I loved the moment I saw it on her website. It's called Make me Laugh-y Taffy from her Candy Shoppe Collection!
Make me Laugh-y Taffy is a polish packed with shredded multi-colored glitters and put in a milky pink base. The Shredded glitters were nice and they came out to play. I didn't have to "Fish for them".
Here's a bottle shot for your En-Drool-Ment... :-D
Since I got this in a mini bottle, I wanted to mize it, so I decided to layer two coats of it over One coat of OPI - Pink Friday.
I came to find out that this wasn't necessary because the polish got opaque on its own in two-three coats... Keep reading to see what I mean.. :-)
As I stated earlier, the shredded glitters came out to play and I didn't have to 'fish for them'. I love when glitters are nice like that. :-D
As you can see, I chose to hold my topcoat bottle because my hands are too big for the small bottle. Lol... I applied one coat of my color club topcoat, and that sealed all the glitters in...
Look at those Shredded Glitters up close!!! Beautiful!
And you already know that when I review, I have to do it completely right.. lol.. so Here's a collage of the polish on bare nails at 1 coat, 2 coats, 3 coats, and 3 coats Matte-fied (with Essie's Matte about you).
As you can see, it was fairly opaque at 2 coats, but 3 coats kinda solidifies it...
I Also LOVED this Matte and will definitely have to wear it matte as a full mani sometimes soon!
The only negative thing I have to say about this polish is that A MINI BOTTLE just doesn't cut it! lol.. I want a full BOTTLE Now!!!
Which brings me to say: If you're interested in Make me laugh-y Taffy, the Candy Shoppe collection will be available for purchase at 365 Days of Color Store on Big Cartel Soon.

ReplyDeleteYeah, they're really pretty, aren't they! Thanks dear!
Deletethat is very pretty
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Sanaz would love to hear that. :-) She definitely created a beauty here.
DeleteThis is so fun and girly! All these indie glitters, man! I wish I had the patience to snag a few, but I'm hoping one day I'll just get lucky and something awesome will magically land in my cart.
ReplyDeleteI know, they go out so quickly and that's the only sad thing about them. But they are worth the wait sometimes... I hope when Sanaz stocks up, you'll be able to snag a few. :-)
